Questions, answered
What is dye sublimation?
Heat turns special ink into a gas that bonds into polyester fibers or a poly coating. The design becomes part of the item instead of sitting on top.
Can you sublimate on cotton?
Not well. Sublimation needs polyester or a poly coating. For cotton, we offer other options like screen-printed or heat-applied designs and embroidery.
Why white or light items?
Sublimation ink is translucent, so it shows best on white or light polyester and white poly-coated blanks.
Will the print fade or crack?
Because the ink bonds into the material, it won't crack or peel, and it holds up well to washing.
Do you have minimums or pricing?
It depends on the item and quantity. Tell us what you need and we'll send a quote.
